Answering the Call
Though unsure at first, Vicki leaned on mentors and community as she pioneered new diversity initiatives. She aimed not just for tokenism, but deep heart change. This Kingdom work requires supernatural perseverance that comes only from God.
Vicki emphasizes listening first, then speaking with confidence despite intimidation. Staying anchored in her identity and calling gives her strength to press on. Though the journey is hard, the fruit is sweet.
Being Intentional
Bringing change takes courage and intentionality. Vicki advises stepping outside our comfort zones, evaluating blind spots, and diversifying our circles. This expands our perspectives, reflecting the full Church.
We must teach the next generation a better way, not replicating the world’s divisions. Vicki intentionally recruits people of different ages, genders, and ethnicities. Only together can we display God’s heart for all nations.
The Power of Sisterhood
While some resist Vicki’s efforts, she keeps her heart pure, leaving judgment to God. Focusing on her purpose, she loves her sisters but realizes not everyone will come along. Vicki affirms those who feel excluded, reminding each person of their equal place and value.
Sisterhood takes root when we honor each woman’s unique voice and gifts. Uniting despite differences, we reflect the diversity of Heaven’s throne room. Our world is transformed when daughters rise together in strength.
